Mission: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Matthew 28:19-20, ESV). Vision: to build a community of genuine believers and see our city transformed by the life-changing impact of the gospel, as people come to accept Jesus as their Savior.

There is one eternally existing God who has three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
God has revealed himself to us through his Son, Jesus Christ, who is the visible image of the invisible God, through the Holy Scriptures, and through all of creation itself.
Humans, male and female, were created in God's image for his glory, to be caretakers of his creation.
When humanity disobeyed God, sin distorted his image in us and fractured all of creation.
Jesus Christ came to reconcile us with God. By grace, he offers eternal life as a free gift to all who follow Christ, by faith, as their Lord and Savior.
The Church is the visible body of Christ, sent into the world to glorify God and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ is returning one day to judge the living and the dead, and to usher in the fullness of God's Kingdom on earth.
Freedom Ministries Christian Center International was built on one conviction: that the freedom Christ offers is for everyone, no exceptions. That's where our name comes from, and it's why our doors are open to every person, every background, and every story, because "...he came to set the captives free" isn't a slogan here. It's the whole point.
Senior Pastor
Pastor Clinton Potters is the founder and Senior Pastor of Freedom Ministries Christian Center International. He holds a B.A. in English from Alcorn University and serves as Assistant Director and Instructor Trainer for the Department of Juvenile Justice, where his work with at-risk populations shapes his heart for ministry. Consecrated as an Apostle in 2013, he carries a gifting in healing ministry and also leads Clinton Potters Ministries. He and his wife Sherry have been married for over 34 years, with three sons and four grandchildren.
Associate Pastor
Pastor Sherry Potters serves as Associate Pastor alongside her husband, Clinton. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Services. A psalmist and recording artist, she released the CD "Believe," and also serves as a teacher, conference speaker, and life coach. She founded Infusion and the Life Empowerment Community Development Center, and mentors students in local schools.
